These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pubiyo platform, website, waitlist, and related services. Pubiyo is currently operating as a limited pilot platform connecting people who need to send safe small items with verified travelers already moving between supported routes. By using Pubiyo, you agree to these Terms.

Pilot Platform

Pubiyo is currently in an early pilot stage. Features, availability, matching processes, and operational workflows may change over time. Pubiyo reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate information
Comply with applicable laws and travel regulations
Avoid prohibited or unsafe items
Communicate respectfully
Cooperate with safety and verification procedures

Restricted Items

Pubiyo strictly prohibits illegal, unsafe, or undeclared items. Examples of prohibited items include:

Sealed unknown packages
Cash
Jewelry
Medicines
Liquids
Powders
Batteries
Prohibited airport items
Illegal substances
Dangerous materials

Pubiyo may reject or remove any request at its discretion.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers should only carry items they are comfortable inspecting and transporting. Travelers have the right to reject any request for any reason.

Sender Responsibilities

Senders are responsible for accurately declaring item contents and ensuring items comply with platform guidelines and applicable laws.

Verification & Safety

Pubiyo may request identity verification, travel proof, item photos, or other information to maintain trust and safety on the platform. Users may be removed from the platform for suspicious, unsafe, or abusive behavior.

Platform Role

Pubiyo acts as a platform facilitating connections between users. Pubiyo is not currently operating as a traditional courier or logistics company.

Limitation of Liability

Pubiyo makes reasonable efforts to support safe interactions between users but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, successful matches, or the actions of individual users. Users participate at their own discretion and responsibility.

Account Restrictions

Pubiyo may suspend, restrict, or remove users who violate these Terms or create safety concerns.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use of Pubiyo after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
